Homemade hummus with cucumber, and mixed pepper crudités.

To make the hummus,
  • blend one can of chickpeas,
  • a third of a cup of tahini,
  • two tablespoons of olive oil,
  • the juice of half a lemon,
  • and one garlic clove.
Serve with vegetables or pita strips.
