Spring wine dinner with award-winning Susy Atkins

Brush up on your wine knowledge with a four-course paired drinks dinner at Harvey Nichols Bristol. Award-winning wine expert and author Susy Atkins will be hosting the evening at the stylish Second Floor Restaurant.
Guests can discover the best wines handpicked by Susy to perfectly pair with a range of great-tasting dishes created by Harvey Nichols Executive Chef Louise McCrimmon. Susy, Sunday Telegraph columnist and drinks editor for Delicious Magazine, will guide diners through each course and explain why she chose the specific bottles.
Start your evening with pea mousse, goats curd, lemon dressing and pea shoot salad paired with a Sauvignon de Touraine 2018, Fleur de Printemps, Loire, France; followed by crab and saffron tart paired with Dog Point Chardonnay 2016, New Zealand. For the third course there’s Creedy carver duck breast, duck leg parcels, braised baby gem and spring vegetable broth with Meerlust Pinot Noir 2017, South Africa; before finishing with rhubarb jelly, poached rhubarb and set bay cream paired with Harvey Nichols Sauternes 2014, Bordeaux, France.
