HYFYV Book & Supper Club

The lovechild of a book club and a supper club, this new Bristol series brings readers together for a shared evening of food, conversation and ideas,
with the author in the room.

Hosted at Spike Island, the HYFYV Book & Supper Club is designed to feel more like a dinner party than a traditional event. You’ll sit at a shared table, meet new people, and join a conversation, with prompts to get you started and the chance
to ask the author any questions.

Expect a seasonal menu with delicious food, changing each time to reflect the book, and a relaxed, salon-style atmosphere.

The series will take place every couple of months, each time centred around a new author, a new release and a menu shaped around the world of the book.

The first event features novelist Eva Verde discussing her latest book Them Girls, a story of 90s pop, friendship and midlife reinvention.

No pressure to have finished the book. Come for the evening,
the atmosphere and the conversation.
