The Meisner One Acting Lab

“The Meisner One” is a weekly acting lab that explores the fundamentals of the Meisner technique. 

It is ideal for actors who want to:

• RETUNE – align your body and mind to listen actively and follow those instincts
• COLLABORATE – deepen your ability to connect truthfully with other actors
• IMPROVE – bring your curiosity, show up consistently, and you will see results

Guided by experienced Meisner practitioner Talitha Wade, this weekly lab is a space for focused practice where actors will build, refine, and strengthen their craft.

These sessions are offered on a drop-in basis, with sliding-scale pricing to ensure working actors can access affordable, convenient ongoing development as part of their artistic practice.
